A relatively small well established manufacturing enterprise had no Risk & Retirement funding in place for its employees. The Owner engaged Stonebridge Green and now they do!
Previously there was nothing. Now in the event of a claim, due to disability or other risk event, all know that they are covered. While employees have not yet accumulated a substantial credit in their retirement fund, each person’s fund is growing and each year it will be greater than before. Appreciation for the initiative and relief in the body language of the Owner and Employees were palpable.
We introduced the simplest possible scheme. The cost was 8.5% of monthly salary for each member: Approximately 6% to Retirement; 2% to Risk and 0.5% to Costs. We arranged a communication session where the Owner explained what is being introduced and the benefit to each person. We at Stonebridge Green then reinforced the messages, subsequently explained the Scheme to each employee individually and assisted them to complete their beneficiary form.
The Owner subsequently confided in us that the gratitude of employees and peace of mind achieved by all, put the value of the initiative beyond any doubt.
